Via the form: work e-mail address, company, headcount and message. No other data (in particular no IP address) is processed on this occasion.

Purposes and legal basis

Your data is used to respond to your request and to contact you about e-invoicing. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), collected via the form's checkbox.

Recipients and processors

• OVHcloud (OVH SAS, France — European Union) — delivery of notification e-mails (SMTP).

The site is self-hosted by the publisher (no third-party host) and uses no third-party audience-measurement or external anti-spam service. Your data is neither sold nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention

Your data is kept 3 years from the last contact, then deleted or anonymised.

Cookies and trackers

The site uses no cookies — no audience measurement, no advertising tracker, no third-party service setting a tracker. No cookie consent is therefore required.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them: contact@norvae.fr.
